The Challenge

The company was founded out of a passion to effective and natural ingredients provided by mother nature. As it turned out, the prior visual identity did not express these values. Also, the previous shop layout was rather generic and lacked creativity, resulting in poor sales results. The customers felt confused which products were best for their skin or hair type, from the wide range of available products.

The Solution

To solve the above issues, I created a new brand identity, that emphasizes, craftsmanship, natural ingredients and a genuine love for the process. In addition, the product list and shop layout is now much more structured. To solve the client's confusion and improve sales, I designed a simple personalization tool, that helps customers easily identify the best products for their skin/hair, explaining benefits of each selection at the same time.

Product Page

The product page features high-quality product pictures and detailed ingredient descriptions. To improve conversion rates, customer reviews have been added to help build trust in the brand. Users no longer feel lost in the navigation, thanks to clearly visible breadcrumbs. Additionally, each product description includes visually appealing cues that help customers decide if the product suits their needs. Suggested and complementary products are presented on the bottom of the page, along with the blog articles featuring hair and skin care tips & tricks.

Responsive Design

The previous version of the online store was not optimized for mobile devices at all, which significantly impacted conversion rates. This was a very problematic given that, in 2024, mobile devices dominate e-commerce traffic, accounting for approximately 64% of total visits (source: SEMrush, Statista). I've fixed that issue by designing UX friendly, mobile & tablet versions of the screens.
