In the pharmaceutical industry, teams face problematic coordination between teams, difficulties in molecule selection, predicting drug interactions and side effects, limited ability to analyze market feedback, challenges in production optimization, and data security issues. These obstacles prolong the process of introducing new drugs to the market, increasing costs and delaying the availability of new therapies for patients.

The Solution

The AI-driven platform responds to the key challenges of the pharmaceutical industry by offering integrated and automated dashboard that streamline and accelerate the drug discovery and development process. Thanks to AI it enhances the initial selection of drug candidates, analyzes potential drug interactions to increase patient safety, facilitates real-time team collaboration, quickly collects and evaluates market data to adjust drug strategies and optimizes production processes. All that significantly shortening the time needed to bring new drugs to market.

User testing on a clickable prototype

The clickable mockups prepared in the early stages of the product significantly streamlined the process of creating apt solutions. Thanks to the clickable prototype, it was possible to efficiently and quickly test the UI/UX elements with the stakeholder and internal users for whom the platform is being developed. It helped to make sure that the designed solutions were intuitive and usable.

What worked out the best?

The fact that the platform streamlines the often-complex innovation process, by making it easier for users to submit new drug ideas, providing experts with robust tools for assessing and selecting these ideas.

I'm glad I was able to deliver the prototype on time, despite the demanding deadline.

Summary

Designing a platform for an industry as high-tech as pharmaceuticals was a unique challenge. The importance of every detail, the need for deep integration of various functions, and the huge requirements for safety and accuracy were crucial.

By working closely with industry experts and testing the solution with internal users, I was able to create a platform that not only simplifies and streamlines the drug development process, but also promotes openness, collaboration and innovation in the sector.
